Do you need help setting up your new Tablet, Phone or Laptop? We are able to set up your new devices and move your old phone's contents to the new device such as contacts, photo and apps. Back up old laptops and ensure that you dont lose any information when changing to your new device.

We can ensure that your new device is connected to your new or old provider and that they are connected to your home network, printers and the internet.

We can get you online, If you don't have an internet connection don't worry, we can bring the technology to you and your home for the session, so that you are able to get online and engage with what you want to. (within reason, no naughty stuff). We can also help you get the internet connected to your home and help you if you are not sure what to get. 

If you need help online such as ordering prescriptions, booking doctors appointments, online banking, applying for and checking benefits, checking pensions, paying rent or council tax, getting and sending emails to friends, family or companies, engaging with local issues or registering to vote anything you need we can help. 

!We never see or store your passwords or data! Unless you want our team to enter your data for you if you are unable we will never view or store your security data or information. 

Need Help setting up new equipment like Printers, laptops , Keyboards, Mouses, VR headsets anything you need we can help connect them to your computer or laptop and ensure they are working for your intended need.

Has your phone, laptop or tablet stopped working properly, don't worry we can help you. We will come to your home, try figure out what's wrong and try and fix it with you at home, If we can not fix it at your home we will take it to our highly trained inhouse engineers to try and fix the problem. We will never carry out any work without your permission and we will never charge you for any work without your consent. 

If your device is broken, We will take it to your inhouse engineers to try figure out what the problem is and fix it. We always inform you of what the problem is and our estimate to fix it or new parts it may need before we do any work or charge you anything  

If your device is broken and we can not fix it! We will try find another engineer who can. We will never make you pay for work you don't want and will always gain your permission before anything happens. We can suggest replacements and how much they will cost and support you in ordering new products. We never have access to your payment ability and never buy products for you only you buy what you want too.

If your device has broken after you have purchased it, we will help you return devices to store for refund or help you enact and claim via product warranties or purchased product insurance policies, we will take all the stress away act on your behalf only acting how you want us to.
