Paul, Was very helpful over the phone, came within the hour and help me set up my new sim card. He called the mobile provider explained the problem and made sure everything was connected and working from thier end. He was patient and helpful. I would definatly use them again if i had more problems.

Finding time with the kids and work to set up the new printer was difficult, called GN Home IT Support and they were really good, came that afternoon, set up the printer, even got the kids to help and learn, made sure it worked and printed off the things I need for work, took him 20-30 mins, would have taken me an hour or more and they were reasonably priced.

Our community centre was being closed by the local council. Paul brought his laptop to the local community centre and helped get all the elderly people to sign up the local goverment servay about the closure so we could object. He was very friendly and supported everyone to have thier voices heard. He must have been there for 2 hours and made sure everyone got to say how they felt.
